How is it possible for TODAY'S Women to juggle two careers...first they have to perform at the same level or better than their male colleague.
secondly the most important is "mothering",to be there for kids and HOME.
And rarely are they given credit for their much deserved recognition.
However many mums give up their lucrative career and opt to have less money in order to focus on MOTHERHOOD.
For a mother to be able to cope taking care of her family,SELF CARE is very important.
She must take care of herself,as Motherhood is one of the most rewarding and important profession.
MOTHER is a primary protector of each child's health, education, intellect, personality, character, and emotional stability.
Thus, Mothers need understanding, commendation and respect from spouses, children, colleagues and friends.
MOTHERS need to ask for help, learn to say no, and make private time for rest and self-care.
