BREAD is a staple diet since early days.it is one of the main and important meal of the day you begin with.....you can't resist a toasted bread with your coffee.
Sandwich is a must for lunch.

But do we know that nutritional value of whole wheat and white bread is different...it all depends on how it is processed.

Refined white flour (used to make most bread products) is stripped of the most nutritious parts of the grain (the germ and the bran), which means it loses a lot of the fiber, essential fats and most of the vitamins and minerals.

More than 30 nutrient are removed while milling, including vitamins E and B-complex, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and chromium.
White bread doesn't have high fiber,it means more you eat ,hungrier you get.It is more refined, starchy and can literally be counted in processed food.sometimes white bread is given caramelized color to make it look brown...........SO WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU.
Instead, look for the words “whole grain” or “whole wheat” as the very first ingredient on the label. If any other ingredient is first, put the loaf back and keep looking.

WINE......everyone wants to relish and enjoy,be it with a gourmet or something simple.

But do we all know that the temperature at which a particular WINE is served is as important as correct glassware.

We all knew that
RED WINE is always served in room temperature and WHITE WINE should be chilled before serving.
It will be a mistake to put a RED WINE in a refrigerator as it will impair the flavor.

Full-bodied and tannic red wines are best enjoyed at not more than 64ºF (18ºC). Clarets, Pinot Noirs (including burgundies), and the modern reds – soft, light, fruity and relatively tannin-free – should be served at progressively cooler temperatures (about 54ºF or 12ºC). White wines are ideally served between 43ºF (6ºC) and 52ºF (11ºC).

if you are a WINE lover, then it is best to invest on special fridge that regulates temperature.

Decanting wine

Decanting means carefully pouring a solution from a container into another in order to leave the precipitate (sediments) in the original container. In wine terminology, it means removing sediments that are sometimes found as part of the wine’s natural aging process.

Decanting can help separate the clear wine from the sediment. Decanting also introduces air into the wine, letting it “breathe”, or release the aromas and enhancing flavors. This is particularly useful for red wines that are a little harsh.

Decanting an old wine just prior to serving helps to ensure that the clarity and brilliance are not obscured by any deposits that may have developed over time (pour slowly and avoid decanting the last ounce).

Young wines should be decanted as much as several hours before they are served to give them a chance to breathe, simulating a stage of development that might normally be acquired after years of aging.

Stick to your budget and reduce loan burden.

Resolve to reduce and eliminate your Debt.
effects of higher prices for food, energy and other necessities have prompted many people to use up their credit to make ends meet. The usual problem with credit is that we have to pay the highest rates.
The best route is to work out a budget and abide by it.
While card interest rates are higher than unsecured loan rates, they have lower charges than payday loans.
Shop ,but within your budget...avoid unnecessary spending.Don't live beyond one's means.
there are many people who are struggling to cope as a result of debts.
Even if borrowing is the only option, you can still cut the amount you pay in interest by avoiding certain types of credit.
Most credit cards, for example, do not begin to charge interest on debts built up within the last 50 days or so, meaning that you could pay off any outstanding balance with your next pay cheque before incurring any interest.

  • Imagine how your life will be if you had zero Debt.
  • Set your goals.
  • Make proper planning.
  • Invest in your future.
  • Get a cash back credit card and use it wisely.
  • consult your financial adviser to guide you to make smart decision.
