BREAD is a staple diet since early days.it is one of the main and important meal of the day you begin with.....you can't resist a toasted bread with your coffee.
Sandwich is a must for lunch.

But do we know that nutritional value of whole wheat and white bread is different...it all depends on how it is processed.

Refined white flour (used to make most bread products) is stripped of the most nutritious parts of the grain (the germ and the bran), which means it loses a lot of the fiber, essential fats and most of the vitamins and minerals.

More than 30 nutrient are removed while milling, including vitamins E and B-complex, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and chromium.
White bread doesn't have high fiber,it means more you eat ,hungrier you get.It is more refined, starchy and can literally be counted in processed food.sometimes white bread is given caramelized color to make it look brown...........SO WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU.
Instead, look for the words “whole grain” or “whole wheat” as the very first ingredient on the label. If any other ingredient is first, put the loaf back and keep looking.
