ALWAYS GO FOR DIET THAT SUITS YOU,BUT THE SIMPLE THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND ARE ....

Eat little and often.
The longer you wait between meals, the more likely you are to eat the “wrong” thing when you finally eat. Besides, when you eat larger meals, your body ends up secreting a large amount of insulin. That’s why you feel like eating something sweet after a big meal.

Eat a healthy, “slow-release” diet. Eating complex carbohydrates like brown rice together with lean protein foods such as chicken or lentils results in the desired slow release of energy. Contrary to popular belief, this doesn’t mean cutting all fat from your diet. In fact, eating “good” fats like avocados and olives can help you control the amount you eat.

Avoid caffeinated drinks, fruit juices and booze. While they all give you an instant lift, you’ll end up craving something sweet a few hours later.

Drink plenty of water. Quite simply, if you’re not drinking enough water, you won’t burn as many calories as you can. Why? Your body needs 2.5 liters of water a day to function properly. If it doesn’t get this, you become dehydrated and your metabolism (the rate at which you burn calories) will be one of the first things to slow down.
